A simple 3-way sharpener that can be easily and efficiently resharpened.
Rough grinding is a crossed diamond, medium grinding, and finish are rolled for serious sharpening.
The guard part can be rotated and turned into a compact handle.
Can be easily re-sharpened without using water. Of course, the whetstone can be replaced.
