Light floral aromas follow through to a light-medium bodied palate with subtle malt and hop flavors. This Australian-style lager finishes cleanly with plenty of character. Color: 4.6 SRM IBU: 21 Produces 6 gallons of beer. This kit requires an extra 2 pounds of fermentable sugar to reach its optimal flavor and alcohol content.
