Units are designed to fit over your buffet chafers with lids removed. By trapping in the steam the surface becomes a hot plate, with the same adjustable heat that your chafers have now. Capable of maintaining food in the safety zone without the need for electrical outlets and heat lamps drying food out. Heavy gauge stainless steel to stand up to pans going on and off. Dimensions 60" wide x 14" Deep x 16" high inc 4" front lip, Clear polycarbonate Lexan / Makrolan dimensions 60" x 15" x.093 for a very durable sneeze guard, much stronger than plexiglass. Note: No chafers, pans or food included
