This Carlisle 601000 wire mesh fryer basket is 4.5" in depth, 8.63" in top diameter, and is suitable for small batch deep frying. It is made of steel wire for strength and durability and is chrome-plated for resistance to corrosion. The heavy-duty handle is 7.5" in length and has a hook at the end for hanging and draining. This fryer basket is dishwasher-safe. Not intended for cooking in water.
