After purchasing the banner, let us know what your banner should read via Amazon Buyer-Seller Message or email we sent you. Once we receive the information from you, we will create your customized banner and send you a proof by email for your approval of the printout as soon as we can. Note that basically we do not print out custom ordered banners until approved by buyers. In order to avoid delaying of your order, keep in touch with us by email until your order is done completely. If you do not receive any email regarding your order, go to Buyer/Seller Messages in your Amazon account and check out the messages. Please send us your photo by email after placing an order.
